Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted, in original condition, within 30 days of purchase (ship in the original box if possible). Mailing address: 620 Supertest Road, Unit 17, Downsview, Ontario, M3J 2MS.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order/invoice, including your name and complete mailing address and a note explaining that you are either returning the product(s) or exchanging them for a different style, size or colour. If an exchange, please indicate the style, size and colour you need. If you are sending a return, it is very helpful to us if you could explain the reason for the return.

When the box is mailed please explain to the Post Office that this is a "Return" and no tax or duty should apply. It's best to mark "Return" on the box. You are responsible for all Postage costs and when sending an exchange please supply credit card information or advise to use your original credit card for the return postage. When shipping from the USA it is not advisable to use UPS as they often apply brokerage fees. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any parcels with money owing. The Post Office seems to be the easiest and the most economical method of shipping.
